Hey, do you know what Officer Bailey does all day? Officer Bailey makes sure the school is locked, protected, and safe. If there is an intruder, someone who is not authorized, or not in the right place. Officer Bailey will escort them or put them in their place. If they talk back he will have a discussion with them. If they keep talking back he will unfortunately have to arrest them. He has not arrested anyone yet.
You will often find Officer Bailey in the cafeteria helping Mrs. Clark if you want to locate him. He might be working on watching the cameras and making sure the school is ok. For example if there is a fight, Officer Bailey will let the teachers do their part, then if he needs to, he will step in. Officer Bailey really cares about our safety! Officer Bailey ensures we are all safe.
Do you know what Officer Bailey does with the school pop taps that we collect for him? He takes them to the Ronald McDonald’s house. And they take them to the Akron Children’s Hospital and they turn them in for money to spend it on water, food, toys, and other stuff. You need to collect pop tabs for Officer Bailey!
