Don’t miss your chance to complete all of your student’s yearly forms before the first day of school! Forms are available on our district website at https://unitedlocal-oh.finalforms.com/. Please note that new forms have been added since June, so be sure to log in and review/sign all of your student’s forms.
Students will have the opportunity to sign their forms during the first week of school, but parents must complete and sign their portion first before students can sign.
Without these forms reviewed and signed, students are unable to do the following:
* Go on Band Trips
* Participate in School Sports
* Go on Field Trips
* Participate in Extra Curricular Activities

With treads that are 33 inches apart, students will be able to sit on the stairs and participate in programs, meetings
and events. There is a “climbing stairway” with rubber treads of the steps on either side of the “Learning Stairway”.

That wall is one of the biggest retaining walls in our new building. It is 46 feet tall and 18 inches thick. There are 3’ footers below the ground level and 14 feet of reinforcement above. The cement poured into retaining walls takes the longest time to cure; 7 days for 75% strength and 30 days for 100% strength.
