your child must be five years old prior to the first day of school for the 2026-2027 school year, which will be September 8, 2026. United Local High School Academic Challenge Varsity and JV teams both finished first in their division this season in the Mahoning League. On Saturday 2/28, United Local Varsity tied for fifth place in the league tournament, which included 28 schools from all three divisions around Ohio. A team of six United Local students will travel to compete in the National Small Schools Tournament near Chicago in April.

In celebration of National Random Acts of Kindness week the High School Youth Coalition members gave out hot cocoa at lunch today! All cups had a handwritten note of kindness.
