
United Local Spaghetti Dinner Concert
This event will take place on Friday March 14thth from 4:30-9PM. Dinner will be served from 4:30-7:30 PM with music starting at 5:30 PM. The dinner/ concert will take place in the United High School Gymnasium/ Cafeteria with performances from all bands grades 5-12. Tickets for this event will be available at the door for $10 Adults and $7 Students/Seniors. Please come out and enjoy great music and food, while supporting the arts.






Art 1 students are finishing up their up close food art. Students took close up photographs of real fruit and vegetables then used their photos as a reference for their large scale oil pastels.









6th grade United Local student enjoyed their Art Show reception at the Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown Ohio on Sunday March 2nd.

We have such great students here at United Local! These 3 girls found several bills of cash on the school hallway floor. The total was around $25. They immediately turned the money in to the nearest teacher. We were able to find the owner quickly. Thank you Layla, Gracelyn and Madilyn!


🎖2025 State FFA Degree recipients announced🎖
This year, 9 hardworking FFA members will receive their State FFA Degree! An honor only bestowed upon those who earn and productively invest at least $2,500 in their SAE Project, volunteer 25 hours in their community, are active FFA members at or above the district level, and excel academically!
Congratulations on earning such a prestigious award!

It's harvest day! Students in intro to agriculture with Mr. Gentry got to harvest their lettuce they have been growing this quarter. Students enjoyed a nice breakfast salad complete with toppings with the lettuce they grew! 🥬











Amelia Cusick won Best of Show in our Columbiana county art show. Addyson Wright received reserve Best of Show. The ESC is purchasing Amelia's art for their permanent gallery in Lisbon.

High School Academic Challenge Team competed at the Mahoning County League Tournament on Saturday, March 1, at Columbiana High School. Varsity team placed third in their division and finished in the top ten of 24 schools at the tournament. Special awards were given to three of our Varsity team members for being in the top 15 individual scores during league play, Jacob DiLeo, Isaiah Conway and Eli Keshock.

8th graders in Mr. Gentry's Intro to Agriculture class are growing right along with their hydroponics projects!
5 weeks ago, students chose seed varieties to plant, learned about hydroponics and planted their seeds. Over the course of the project, teams have been observing their plant growth, journaling their observations and learning about plant science!
In a few days, students will harvest their first crop and get a chance to make salads from their gardens! 🌱 🥬

Today is National Maintenance and Grounds Worker Day! Thank you for all of the support that you give to our staff and students on a daily basis. We appreciate all of your hard work in making sure our school is a well maintained place for education.
