The high school Woods II class has been taking advantage of this week’s beautiful weather by continuing their work on the nature trail. Today’s task was to get the 14” lag bolts out of the old posts and beams. This must be done before we can set the new beams, and is no easy job! Before taking out any existing hardware students first learned how to use a level to re-set the main support posts, and then anchored a treated 2”x10” board below where the replacements beams will sit.
